Soups are like traditional since most people use this dish as a starter which is very good since it provides many nutrients such as : it provides large amounts of vitamins especially vitamins A and C, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and copper.
*Vegetable soup: Vegetable soup is a soup prepared with common vegetables and leafy vegetables as the main ingredients.
* Quinoa soup: Is typical from the mountainous areas of Peru. It is a mixture of gently boiled vegetables, broth and quinoa.
Chicken aguadito is a thick and greenish rice and chicken soup typical of Peru.
Parihuela is a fish and seafood soup typical of the Peruvian coast, quite similar to the Galician and Portuguese caldeirada.
MY EATING HABITS
My name is Katherine Ariana Perez Sandy.I am from Iquitos-Peru.
*For breakfast, I usually eat bread with chicken, beaten egg, ham. I accompany it with oatmeal, quinoa or coffe.
*For lunch I usually eat chicken, rice, lentils and salad, for example, fried chicken, aji de gallina, causa, Russian salad, grilled chicken. Its always witch lentils and the salad with tomatoes, and lettuce. Also, I drink lemonade.
.* For dinner I usually eat something light like omelette or bread, drink coffe or tea.
